Gianluca Gasparini & Martina Limonta
Two magical characters are crafting a spell for healing. It is a quiet cry to highlight the importance of Nature and how everything we need can be just right outside our doorstep. The cry finds healing when the frequency is tuned and the magic is connected. We have been using materials and sources close to us and our history: sound inspired by popular and traditional songs of rebellion, healing frequency, spiritual significance of plants and earth products native to our land, words inspired by lost languages and secret codes of marginalized societies (like Polari, Thieves Cant, and many more).
" In present times, Mother Earth is sending out a call to rise. These two practitioners of the Arts of Magic are joining forces in a ritual to connect to Nature and nurture all beings while giving something back to the Goddess of Creation.
This is a journey through the Sound of the Snake and the Skin of the Potato,
using the skills of storytelling and Crafting.
Martina Limonta in the drag of Louis Lemonde, a traveller of time that uses the power of sound to transform perceptions. In the Call for Healing he brings chaos, connections, amplification, healing frequency and the ability to reveal hidden sounds.
Gianluca Gasparini in the drag of Gentle Globe, a white witch practicians of crafts and plant based magic. In the Call for Healing she brings voice, fashion, cooking, sewing, writing, crafting and movement.
